What does the free trial include?

14 days or 500 credits, whichever ends first, with every capability and no credit card. It is for everyone, business included, and the trial lets you connect one business number.

What is a credit?

Credits cover everything Maya does: replies, calls, searches, documents and campaigns. A plan’s credits reset each billing period and don’t carry over.

What if I run out?

You get a heads-up at 80%. At 0, Maya pauses until your plan renews or you add credits. Credits you buy on top never expire and are used after your plan’s.

Is it the same plan for personal and business?

Yes. One subscription, the difference is how much you use. From Plus up you connect your business’s existing WhatsApp number and Maya answers your customers there.

Which currency?

Billed in USD; your bank converts at its own rate. Israeli cards are charged in shekels right on the checkout page.

Can I cancel?
