What she does without asking
She searches, reads and prepares. A message, email or call that goes out in your name to other people waits for your approval. A scheduled task is approved once, upfront.
What she can see
Your chat with Maya, the recordings of the calls she makes, and your reminders. Email, calendar, Drive and your computer only if you connect them, and each permission is asked for when you turn that feature on.
Your computer
You choose which folders Maya knows. The files stay on your computer; the text used for search is kept with us, so search works even when the computer is off. The original file opens only when the computer is on.
Calls
On a regular phone line, in her own voice. She always says she is an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and kept in your account.
Payments
Orders run in a secure browser, your card never passes to Maya, and she asks for your approval before payment. Ads stay paused until you approve them.
Deleting your data
One request deletes your account. Connections are cut immediately, and the data we hold is deleted within 7 days, except billing records kept as required by law.
